To offer amateur sports programs through a volunteer base for all people; to promote good sportsmanship and good citizenship; to conduct programs that provide for enhance and strengthen participation and competition for amateur athletes; to work with other sports organizations to benefit amateur athletes. To protect the heritage of boating by promoting and furthering: first the preservation secondly the restoration and thirdly the education of the public concerning safety and protocol as it relates to historic antique and classic boats. To foster public policies and provide programs services information and forums that facilitate the adoption of clean reliable renewable sustainable and efficient energy technologies and practices.
