Walla Walla Valley Chamber Foundation

The purpose of the Walla Walla Valley Chamber foundation is to act as a supporting organization for the Walla Walla Valley Chamber of commerce. In so acting the corporation is to make distributions to or on behalf of the Chamber which work to benefit only those purposes of the Chamber which would qualify as charitable, educational, or scientific as those terms are defined in 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code.
