The purpose of the corporation is to establish, maintain, and operate a nonprofit organization of individuals and enities who share a common interest and experience in Family owned Business in order to:I. Promote the development of creative ideas, services and products to further serve the Family owned Business;ii. Foster and facilitate the exchange of information regarding the Family owned Business;iii. Advance the organized and professional delivery of services and products to the Family owned Business;iv. Encourage the development of knowledge and expertise in matters relative to the Family owned Business through seminars, papers, newsletters, award programs and other means;v. Assist its members in connection with their products and services to the Family owned Business through advertising, representation at trade shows, intra-network referrals and other means;vi. Disseminate information to improve or develop member's capabilities with respect to professional care
