Operation Restore Dreams

Operation Restore Dreams is a non-profit organization specializing in early childhood education for at-risk and disadvantaged children between the ages of 0 and 5 in portsmouth, Virginia. The program provides curriculum-based education for the children. Detailed research will be conducted to prove the organization's effectiveness to facilitate future funding and growth. The overall goal is for Operation Restore Dreams to expand to other parts of the United States and even other countries. The research will also allow the current curriculoum to be adjusted and adapted to maximize its effectiveness. To ensure the data collected is not skewed by children who did not have the benefit of the entire program, the program will only accept children under the age of 1 year.
