Provide an environment and opportunity in the Spokane region for the development of girls and boys as well women and men into competitive basketball players at the aau, high school and college levels, with a strong emphasis on good character. This will be accomplished through superior, year-round training, excellent coaching and competition at local, regional and national tournaments.
