The purpose of the organization is to represent and provide a collective voice in support of interest of individual Cigar Retailers in the state of Maryland before the general public, the business community and such governmental agencies that may be involved in regulating, promoting or developing such businesses interests. To work to educate the public and legislators as to the effects of proposed regulations and legislation to small tobacconists Retailers. To protect the rights of Premium Cigar tobacconists and Premium Cigar consumers in the state of Maryland.
