Establish and promote a standardization of methods for borrowers and lenders in a common effort to improve the lifestyle of Rural communities. Develop and monitor long-range policy goals and annual objectives to maintain a continuity of operations and focus for borrowers and lenders of loans for affordable Housing and to conduct training workshops in the development, management and operation of Rural Rental Housing.
