The foundation is to provide continuous financial support for the benefit of the music program of the rector, wardens and vestrymen of all souls' parish church, point loma, San Diego, a California corporation, through a substantial endowment contribution from the betty gouraud trust. The foundation is operated in accordance with the provisions of the charitable trust document and the music program support requirements outlined in the memorandum of understanding for support from betty upham gouraud on july 12, 1998.
