Regional Manufacturing Coalition

The purpose of this Corporation shall be to provide a network for North Central Ohio manufacturers to share ideas best practices business challenges and issues that are common among all the Members of the Corporation which are in this region. This Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable education and scientific purposes including for such purposes the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 or corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue Law.
