Set up organic farming by preparing the land and building structures, irrigation system, grow organic produce, harvest the produce and donate most of the entire produce to the following food banks: - redwood empire food bank, the redwood gospel mission and the living room.in 2025, 4100 pounds of assorted produce including cauliflowers, figs, lettuce, broccoli, apricots, plums, apples, pears, lemons, limes, & squash, 110 pounds of lamb and 900 dozens of organic eggs were donated to these organizations. The total market value of the produce and meat was $52,000.
