ST Nicholas Georgian Orthodox Church

This corporation is a RELIGIOUS CORPORATION and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Religious Corporation Law exclusively for religious purposes. The specific purpose for which the corporation is initially organized is to bring the Gospel and services of the Georgian Orthodox Church to immigrants from the Republic of Georgia, their children, and to other Orthodox Christians and inquirers who wish to worship with them. In furtherance of these Aims, the St. Nicholas Georgian Orthodox Church commemorates itself and its individual existence to the observance of the Georgian Orthodox Church.
