To establish and maintain one or more religious institutions in the community in order to practice, preach and propagate the religion of islam in accordance with the teachings of the glorious Quran and noble sunnah of the prophet muhammad (sawas) and his ahl al-bayt (as), as defined by recognized maraji al-taqleed from the shi`a ithna ashari Muslim school of islam, and thereby to establish an institution that fulfills our vision and strengthens the community around it.
