The Upper Klamath Water Users Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to working within the Water settlement process to achieve the following goals for its members: 1) achieve a reasonable and attainable level of Water security, 2) achieve an affordable power rate, 3) achieve the best possible security concerning environmental issues. The above goals will be achieved through respectful negotiations and consensus with other settlement group participants. We will participate in a proactive and positive agenda towards Water and power settlement. We will be solutions oriented.
