The organization provides educational and networking opportunities for its members and for the commercial real estate community that it serves. The organization serves as a conduit for information about programs and services as well as for the trends, techniques, and tehnologies that affect the profession. One of its primary functions is to provide scholarships for students interested in commercial real estate careers. Scholarships provided at 3,000 per recipient. Universities and colleges perform the application screening.
