The specific purpose of the all-volunteer Society of ST Vincent dePaul Sacred Heart Church Conference is to provide monetary and food assistance to needy members of the Sacred Heart Church community for the intent of preventing eviction maintaining utility services and easing hunger through small grant awards generally under 2000 A total of 380 people in 155 families containing 201 children were helped thorough provision of about 76000 in housing assistance about 25000 in utility assistance and about 2000 in food and furnishings Small cash donations from Mass attendee collection baskets are the primary source of revenue
