City Ballet of Cleveland

City Ballet of Cleveland ("Company") was incorporated as a non-profit public benefit corporation in the State of Ohio on July 23, 2009. Company is organized and will be operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended ("Code"). In particular, Company intends to provide opportunities to (1) promote and develop education and performance of dance as one of the cultural arts, (2) encourage excellence in dance through the teaching of and performance of dance, and (3) present dance and dance-related performances for the general public.
