To ensure a vibrant and dynamic future for the benefit of the kosciusko county and northeast indiana region, we seek to support the long-term sustainability and growth of the region's orthopedic community through charitable, educational and scientific activities focused on: equipping the next generation through talent development, enriching community through talent attraction and quality of place improvements and accelerating industry through advances in innovation and research.
