Newport Harbor Rowing Foundation

The purpose of Newport Harbor Rowing Foundation shall be to (I) provide an opportunity for youth in the community to participate in Olympic-style Rowing andsculling in a safe environment; (ii) promote good sportsmanship; (iii) promote the general welfare of its participants and the community; (iv) to promote the development of positive relationships among its participants and the community; and (v) to organize and promote participation by its participants in such athletic, social, cultural, and charitable activities as may serve the preceding purposes.
