Soi DOG foundation usa (the foundation) is a nonprofit public benefit corporation organized in California in 2010. The foundation is governed by elected officers and directors. The foundation achieves its mission of improving animal welfare of dogs and cats in Asia primarily as a fundraising and grant-making organization that makes grants to Soi DOG foundation (Soi DOG), a thai charity whose purposes align with the foundations.
