Symphony Park Master Association Inc

The purpose of this corporation is to enegage in any lawful act or activity for which a corporation may be organized under such law. By way of explanation and not by way of limitation, the purposes for which it is formed are: (I) to be and constitue the unit owners association for the planned community now or hereafter created by the recording of the charter, and to perform all obligations and duties and exercise all rights and powers of the association under the charter, the by-law, these articles and nevada law; and (ii) to provide an enity for the furtherance of the interest of the parcel owners of real property subject to the charter.
