Step Forward Michigan

Carry out programs and oversight responsibilities on behalf of or in conjunction with the United States department of housing and urban development with respect to federal housing programs and provide social, recreational, commercial, or communal facilities and programs necessary to serve and improve residential areas in which the Michigan state housing development authority ("mshda") aided and/or federally aided housing is located or planted to be located, thereby enhancing the viability of housing;
