NANCY Spero and Leon a Golub Foundation for the Arts

A purpose of the foundation is to maintain the artwork that has been contributed to it. During 2024, of expenses were incurred to maintain such artwork by the Spero Golub family llc which maintains and administers over 3,000 pieces of art created by NANCY Spero and leon Golub. Such expenses include storage fees; insurance; office expenses; accounting and bookeeping; telephone; art supplies; office expenses; software; travel; internet; postage and other administration expenses. For 2024 the foundation is charged $6,435 for its percentage of those expenses based on its share of the total works of art maintained by the Spero Golub llc. In addition, the foundation incurred similar expenses on its own for a total of $39,842.
