1. Provide a first class Baseball organization that will teach kids the fundamentals of the game.2. Provide players the environment which will allow them to grow their skills year after year.3. Have players from the entire se polk district playing Baseball for a unified organization.4. Get players working with high school coaches in order for them to learn Baseball in a consistent manner from age 7 up.5. Provide facilities for practice and games that will allow the coaches to spend more time coaching and less time worrying about field conditions and availability.
