River Oaks Community Education and Development Corporation

The primary purpose of the corporation shall be to provide children and youth a safe, nurturing, educational place to play, learn and grow. This is accomplished through creative activities and programming that will engage young people in developing a sense of honor in themselves, tolerance and conflict resolution with their peers and ownership in their Community. The vision of the organization is to assist youth in gaining the confidence to affect positive change in an increasingly global and multi cultural Community and world.
