To teach youth, through practice and playing experience, the fundamentals of sports in a structured environment; to facilitate the understanding of the importance of hard work and teamwork, while at the same time acting as a feeder system to local secondary schools; to keep the welfare of each participant first and foremost; and to instill fair play and good sportsmanship.
