The purpose of the organization was to provide pro bono medical services to cancer patients in third world countries. The countires do not participate in the Medicare or Medicaid programs. The medical services given to the patients in each third world country are temporary in nature that does not require the foundation to maintain a full-time emergency room. The mission for which the corporation was formed was to help impoverished women in underdeveloped countries who are victims of breast and other cancers who have undergone partial or total mastectomy (or other disfiguring procedures). In addition, the corporation has expanded to provide pro bono medical services to people of all ages in the haiti area. These services were not limited to cosmetic procedures but were provided based on the expertise of the doctors that travel with the corporation's medical missions to haiti.
