Chula Vista Classified Employees Organization

The purposes for which this corporation is formed are to represent Classified employess employed in the Chula Vista elementary school district with respect to their wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment; to increase communications between all Classified Employees and foster a friendly, understanding relationship among all members of the Classified groups through the utilization of an interest-based model; to afford opportunity for the investigation and interchange of ideas upon subjects pertaining to the progression of all Classified job classifications untilizing a collaborative, interest-based model; to establish a spirit of cooperation and mutual respect with the school board members and the management personnel of the Chula Vista elementary school district using the interest-based model approach; and to promote generally the welfare and interest of the members of this organization and to provide the means through which the disires and needs of the membership ma
