NCS SYSTEMS, Inc (NCSS) is a supplier of training programs and services. The company is a non-profit corporation. Our goal is to formulate an organization that is able to bridge together government and private sector resources and programs to under-served communities in Washington DC. The company provides training for all organizational levels. NCS SYSTEMS specializes in the administration, management and evaluation process of educational programs, community-based organizations and private sector businesses. Through our training labs we are striving to educate, develop skilled-based learning and offer strategic consulting for organizational change. Our mission is to develop programs, evaluate and disseminate information to and for businesses, community-based agencies and at risk youth. These programs foster individuals' ethical, social, intellectual, economic and political development (non-partisan activities).
