Bethel Express is an organization committed to raising up urban children ages 6 through 12 from every geographic sector of rochester, New York to become productive citizens in our society. Our goal is to develop a culture of young people who are progress oriented and highly motivated to become productive citizens through spiritual, academic, and emotional progress.
