Hopkinsville Inner City Community Housing Development Organization

The purpose of the chdo is to provide and develop decent, safe and sanitary, and affordable Housing for low-and-moderate income persons. The chdo supports and assist with the ongoing efforts of the Christian county/Hopkinsville Development corporation (ldc) to prevent or eliminate slums and blight as well as promote economic Development and neighborhood revitalization. Furthermore, chdo facilitates the purpose of revitalizing Inner City neighborhoods in the four target areas with their respective boundaries identified as attucks/eastside, canton, durrett avenue, and westside.
