Lake Employees Association for the Developmentally Disabled

Lake Employees association for the Developmentally Disabled (LEADD) is an organization dedicated to promote the health, education, training, and welfare of mentally retarded and/or Developmentally Disabled persons. We are committed to fostering relationships between parents, legal guardians, staff, and the general public to advance our program. We enable members to speak with a common voice on matters pertaining to the profession and to present our common interests before the lake county board of developmental disabilities (Ohio)and other legal authorities. We develop and promote a continuing program to improve salary, fringe benefits, working conditions, job security and encourage the adoption of ethical practices, personnel policies, and standards of preparation and participation which mark a professional program.
