To support volunteerism and charitable work relating to American/Jewish educational and social needs. Specific activities would include the following: creating a movement of volunteers dedicated to social needs; creating a databank of volunteers and projects in order to coordinate the activities in the most efficient and professional manner; assisting in the expansion of existing settlement in Israel and to establish new settlements within the green line.
