The specific purpose of this corporation are to promote and foster scientific and educational activities associated with developing data and identifying and implementing effective management measures for potential agriculltural nonpoint sources of pollution for the protection of surface and groundwater in California; to promote and foster scientific and educational programs for the development of watershed management, natural resource management, air and water quality, and general agriculture.
