Iota Eta Housing Corporation

The house board is a volunteer group that supports the undergraduate chapter of the theta chi fraternity at the university of the Pacific by;a) negotiating all matters related to the leasing of property at the university of the Pacific;b) providing oversight of the house project account;c) providing oversight of the house meal plan;d) providing direction, and collaborating with the university on facility improvements;e) providing guidelines to the undergraduate chapter on maintaining the fraternity house and its belongings; andf) coordinating fund raising efforts for house improvement projects.
