The specific purpose of the corporation is to support the charitable and educational activities of family health centers of San Diego, inc. an organization described in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code (the "code"), including, but not limited to, providing healthcare services, programs, outreach and education to children, adults and families, or the activities of other publicly supported organizations described in section 509 (a)(1) or 509(a)(2) of the code whose healthcare services, programs, outreach and education to children, adults and families are closely related in purpose or function to those charitable and educational activities of family health centers of San Diego, inc.
