Foundations for Home and Community Inc

Foundations for home and Community is a treatment foster care program that services children, from newborn to age 21, who require out-of-home, Community-based placement in a family setting, and who have been unsuccessful or are inappropriate for traditional foster care. The mission of the agency is to provide children and youth with comprehensive, coordinated, cost-effective treatment services in the least restrictive, most normalized environment.
