The organization's mission is to establish effective programs that mobilize and utilize both public and private resources in a proactive and concerted attack on poverty in Muskingum county, Ohio and its surrounding areas by establishing and promoting activities of such sufficient scope and size to give promise of progress towards the elimination of poverty, or causes of poverty.
