To provide nutritional Meals to homebound persons, who are unable through medical or physical disability pursuant to certification by a license medical doctor, to purchase and prepare nourishing Meals. The service is provided to the ill, disabled or elderly regardless of income and without distinction as to race, color, creed, national origin or sex.
