International Betta Congress

The internaltion Betta Congress (IBC) is an intrnational volunteer organization dedicated to promoting the eduction, development, propagation and showcasting of the genus Betta-a group of tropical fish the organzation was founded in the United States and now has a u s and internation membership of 930 the primary programs of the organzation include education through an extensive libriary of technical articles seminars and other speaking engagements communication with its members through its quarterly publication IBC conducts an active Betta show circuit throughout it member chapters
