To promote firearms and archery safety. Facilities are available free of charge to area schools for archery tournaments and their yearly archery banquet. To help support local schools and charities with their archery programs. To support the local youth 4h club with a meeting location and yearly banquet, and remain active with the 4h shooting sports. Facilities are also available free of charge to area law enforcement departments including the wheeling police department, atf, u.s. Marshalls, and federal courthouse officers, etc. for training, practice, and their mandatory certifications. The organization conducts firearm and bow hunting safety classes and provides safety literature. It holds club bow shoots, for which children under the age of sixteen have free admission.
