We are a nonprofit community development organization that revitalizes and builds communities. We are a partnership of residents, the business community, government, and community leaders. We seek to build healthier and stronger communities that we all can be proud of. In order to accomplish this, we will: empower low- and moderate-income families to share the American dream of home ownership; provide affordable loans and financial resources to first-time homebuyers; build communities through Neighborhood revitalization and development; inspire and support resident and action leaders and provide training and education.
