The purpose of the Walter B. Palmer Foundation, Inc. is to assist Phi Delta Theta House Corporations and Phi Delta Theta General Fraternity by providing financial capital for acquisition of the chapter houses, improving and updating current chapter houses including life safety improvement, and preserving prime property locations at which no Phi Delta Theta Chapter is currently located, as well as providing support for fundraising projects to support the above activities. The Foundation should follow investment practices that further its capital strength in order to pursue the above goals, and for betterment of the Phi Delta Theta International Fraternity.
