The grief care Place's mission is to provide a safe Place where grievers gather together, under the guidance of trained facilitators, to educate, encourage and uplift each other throughout the healing journey. We offer a perpetual schedule of grief support groups with different formats, for different target audiences, with no time limit, cost or registration. We are open to anyone in need of grief support. Providing their loss is applicable, we allow grievers to self-select the grief support groups and programs that they attend. Grievers come to the Griefcare Place whenever they decide they have the need, and they stay in any of our groups as long as needed. At the Griefcare Place grievers will find many benefits, including: emotional and physical support in a non-judgmental environment; coping skills to utilize through the grief journey; hope through companionship with people who "get it- and understand first hand; increased understanding of how children and other family members react
