Educational and charitable purposes which enriches the quality of life in Lower Susquehanna river valley through conserving the cultural Heritage, living resources and natural features of the area; encouraging a greater understanding of the region's natural, cultural and recreational attributes; and the creation of an open space network which will provide links between different recreational and open space areas.
