Highland Park Resident Corporation

The organization is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable scientific and educational purposes to combat community deterioration unemployment poverty racial discrimination and prejudice; to reduce crime and neighborhood tensions; to relieve the poor unemployed under employed distressed and underprivileged in Highland Park Public Housing Development and the surrounding neighborhoods of the City of Milwaukee Wisconsin.
