Planned Lifetime Assistance Network of central Ohio is a unique not-for- profit corporation, incorporated under the laws of the state of Ohio, which was organized in 1999 to provide supplemental care to persons with mental and other disabilities after their families are gone or have become unable to continue their care giving role. The organization is supported by service fees, membership dues, donations, grants from foundations, and contributions from individiuals and other sources. The organization serves anyone having a mental illness, mental retardation or developmental disability, physical disability, brain injury, chronic medical conditions, or other disability that makes life challenging in franklin, delaware, union, pickaway, fairfield, or licking counties.
