In furtherance and not in limitation of the foregoing, the purpose of the corporation include (1) to acquire, sell, lease, finance, construct, develop, rehabilitate, own, manage, and maintain housing which is decent, safe, and affordable for low-income persons, including persons with needs for supportive services at the site of their housing and (2) to foster Development of, and developing and operating, either directly or indirectly, affordable housing projects in sanford, maine and undertaking financial and other commitments to necessary or advisable to acheive those purposes.
