On Tong Tung Heong Society

The corporation is organized exclusively to provide a society whereby members of the lum clan of on tong village, china who are now residing in hawaii may join together in an association for mutual help and benevolence, assistance, and charity among its members so that they may be of spiritual, moral and material help to each other and to this end to also provide a home for needy members as far as the society's financial ability can provide; to help any other charitable and benevolent cause as far as it is in the society's finacial ability; to foster, promote, cultivate and encourage the Chinese culture and heritage in the community; to undertake, promote and sponsor charitable and educational programs or activities, benefitting the sick, disabled or indigent persons; to create an atmosphere of good fellowship among its members.
