The officers are volunteers. The Friends of the Library recently had a change in the treasurers position. While going through the files the new treasurer found that the 2021 990N was not filed. After further research the treasurer established that the Friends of the Library Foundation needed to file a 990 EZ due to the donations, grants and fundraising received in 2021 was over the amount for a 990N. This funds raised was mostly due to grants for a building project that was supposed to be started in 2021 but due to Covid and various issues the building has been pushed back and will start March 2023. This is the first year that the Friends of the Library Foundation has had to file a 990 EZ.
