Alcohol and Substance Abuse Council of Jefferson County Foundation Inc

To accept, hold, invest, reinvest, and administer any gifts, bequests, devices, benefits of trusts, and property of any sort, without limitation as to use or value. To disburse or donate the income or principal thereof for exclusively charitable purposes, specifically and primarily for the benefit and in furtherance of the objectives and needs of the Alcohol and Substance Abuse Council of Jefferson County, inc. and its successors, and to assist in the reduction of the impact of Alcohol and other drug use, addictions and other related problems which affect individuals and their families.
